1984 Jeanneau sunshine. This boat has been a joy to own and a labor of love. The Jeanneau Sunshine 36 is a fast, fun, cruiser racer. Aludra is set up more as a cruiser than a racer, although she has established a reputation locally as being fast. Aludra has two aft cabins, saloon with four berths, and a forward cabin giving everyone their space. There is one head equipped with a hand held shower. A chart table at the companionway is conveniently located . The main sail and genoa are new. Genoa has roller furling and UV protection. The spinnaker is used but in very good shape. There is also a working jib. Sail cover and bimini are two years old. The bottom has been soda blasted and given a barrier coat to prevent blisters. It has been finished with VC17 antifouling paint. Galley is equipped with sink, stove, oven and Ice box. Electronics include VHF, Autohelm depth guage, knot meter, and wind speed/direction. Engine is a reliable 22 hp inboard 3gmd Yanmar diesel. Recent water pump rebuild and oil change. Aludra is currenty based on Lake Seneca in the finger lakes of New York. Boat is originally from Annapolis MD.
